百恩全自动真空换热锅炉，采用三回程结构双回路不锈钢换热器

Vacuum hot water boiler working principle: the water boiling point is100℃under one atmospheric pressure(1 bar), if the pressure lower than 1bar the point is less than100℃. the boiling point is90℃when 0.7bar,70℃when 0.3bar, 40℃when 0.1bar.

Vacuum hot water unit form a vacuum chamberthrough a vacuum gas pumping, heat medium water in the vacuum chamber boiling gasification to generate negative pressure steam,the steam condensation outside the heat exchanger tube, heating cold water inside the tube and pass to the user,after the condensation of the water vapor formation,water flows back to the heat medium water, to be heated and vaporized again and again.

The unit normal working pressure less than 0.7bar. Heat medium water is high purity water with cleaning, deoxidation and other special processing, completely fill-up within factory. The water cycle within a closed loop (vaporization - condensation and vaporization), does not increase/reduce, don’t need to supplement or replace in the whole service life.
