山东装载机离合器使用注意事项

装载机离合器需要定期清洁壳体，检查调整分离间隙、定期注入润滑脂，必要时清洗摩擦片上的油渍，必须正确使用妥善保养。

1、在安装装载机离合器时，应在分离轴承内腔填满钙基润滑脂，本机分离轴承外部设有黄油嘴，应定期限量地注入凡士林(黄油)。分离离合器时，动作要迅速，并彻底分离。

3、离合器分离时间不宜过长，一般不超过15-20s。

4、控制车速不要用离合器半分离的办法，以免摩擦片和分离轴承迅速磨损。同时，在行驶时，不要把脚放在离合器踏板上。
