本系列中样染色机以生产小批量织物为设计目标。

它浴比低、耗费功率少、织物运转速度快、保证染

色效果和质量、载量可直接使用正常生产的处染工

艺。本系列分别有5公斤、30公斤、50公斤、100公

斤、150公斤共五种规格供选择。标准结构：

◆机身和所有与染液接触部分均采用牌号为SUS321

或SUS316L的高度抗腐蚀不锈钢制造。

◆不锈钢泵提供化的染液循环。

◆提升辊由变频器控制的马达驱动。

◆配备注料泵和阀门系统的加料泵。

◆自动入水和排水阀门。

◆高效热交换器。

Production dyeing recipe and process technique can be applied directly without modifion. It is available in 4 sizes namely 5kg, 30kg, 50kg, 100kg, 150kg.
