COLD-WATER TYPE FLAKE HONTONSOFT CHS

冷水型弱阳离子软片Hontonsoft CHS是一种用于以柔软，滑爽为主要目的的柔软整理剂。在冷水的情况下可溶解无需加热，可用于纯棉，人造纤维及其混纺织物的柔软整理。

Cold-water type weak cationic flake Hontonsoft CHS is a softener agent particularly for soft and smooth handle. It can be melted in cold water without heating up. It can be used in the softening process of cotton, man-made fiber and its blends.

三）化料Melt

Hontonsoft CHS 8-10%缓慢加入25℃左右的水中，搅拌3-5min，静置1-2h,在低速搅拌至均匀浆状即可。

Add Hontonsoft CHS 8-10% slowly into water about 25℃，mix 3-5min, stewing 1-2h, the mixed slowly to even paste

四）工艺Process

浸轧Dipping：Hontonsoft CHS 20-60g/l 轧余率take up：60-70%

浸渍Padding：Hontonsoft CHS 4-10% 温度Temperature：40-50℃ 浴比Bath ratio：1：10 时间Time：20-30min

五）包装Packing 25公斤/袋（KG/Bag）

六）储存Storage于阴凉处存放，防止霜冻；如有霜冻，应于室温条件下解冻后可重新使用。

Store at cool and shady place, prevent from frost, can be reuse after ice out in the room temperature if frosted.
