SMOOTHENING AND SOFTENING AGENT HONTONSOFT SS

Hontonsoft SS是一种用于涤纶、尼龙及其混纺纱线或者织物后整理的平滑剂，可赋予纱线或者织物光滑而丰满的手感，对纱线或织物的颜色无影响，不会产生黄变。

Hontonsoft SS is a kind ofsmoothening agent for polyester, nyHonton and its blend yarn or of fabric used in after-finishing process. It can endue the yarn or fabrics with smooth and fatty handle with no influence on the shade and no yellowing.

一）优点Advantages

◆遇水极易溶解，可在冷水或温水中使用。 ◆对颜色无任何影响，不会产生象普通柔软剂黄变的影响。

◆可与树脂整理剂兼容。 ◆可赋予纱线或织物光滑而丰满的手感。

三）应用Applications

纱线浸渍Dipping of yarn

设定处理浴pH =6 – 7，室温下加入3-5%Hontonsoft SS，水比控制在1：10左右，浸泡30分钟后脱水烘干或挂干

Set the PH of processing bath to 6-7, add 3-5% Hontonsoft SS in room temperature, control the water ratio at about 1：10, dipping for 30Mins and then dehydrate drying or hanging.

织物浸轧Padding of fabric

在定型机轧槽中调节水溶液pH =5 – 6，加入30 – 50g/l的Hontonsoft SS溶液进行轧压，处理后可使织物得到高度柔软和滑爽的手感。

Set the liquid PH in finalizing machine to 5-6, add 30-50g/l Hontonsoft SS solution to padding, can get fabrics with excellent soft and smooth handle after treatment.

四）包装Packing 120公斤/桶（KG/Drum）

五）储存Storage于阴凉处存放，防止霜冻；如有霜冻，应于室温条件下解冻后可重新使用。

Store at cool and shady place, prevent from frost, can be reuse after ice out in the room temperature if frosted.
