FORMALDEHYDE FREE PITCH FINISHING AGENT HONTONSIN AP-ZF

Hontonsin AP-ZF是洗可穿免烫整理的树脂，用于纤维素纤维、合成纤维及其混纺织物的树脂整理，也可用于拷花、电光和轧光整理。

Hontonsin AP-ZF is wash and wear no iron pitch finishing agent for cellulose fiber, synthetic fibre and its blends, it also can be used in the embossing, electro-lighting and pressing finishes.

三）应用 Application

在加入整理浴之前应先用水稀释，温度在150-180℃之间时起反应。Hontonsin AP-ZF的用量取决于织物的整理要求和皱程度，用前建议先实验。棉或涤/棉的整理工艺如下（设纤维的吸液率约为70%）：

Thinning by water before adding into finishing bath, act in the temperature of 150-180℃. The dosage of Hontonsin AP-ZF is decided by the requirement on the fiber and its condition, previously testing is recommended. The finishing process of cotton or cotton/polyester is following (suppose the take up rate of the fabric is 70%)

40-200g/l Hontonsin AP-ZF

浸轧过后在焙烘之前，110-130℃条件下在拉幅机上常规烘干。

After padding and before baking, drying on stretching machine in the temperature of 110-130℃.

通常焙烘条件是150℃，20-30秒或175-185℃（快速焙烘）。

The normal baking condition is 150℃，20-30s’ or 175-185℃（rapid baking）

四）包装Packing 120公斤/桶（KG/Drum）

五）储存Storage于阴凉处存放，防止霜冻；如有霜冻，应于室温条件下解冻后可重新使用。

Store at cool and shady place, prevent from frost, can be reuse after ice out in the room temperature if frosted.
