钢球生产线

热轧钢球是一种全新的旋切工艺技术，是球磨球制造业的工艺技术突破，正在逐渐替代铸造钢球。

我厂经过工程技术人员对钢球旋切生产线充分研究改造，开发制造出新一代的钢球旋切生产线，钢球轧机经多处创新设计具有如下特点：

2、调整简单、便于操作；

3、锁紧牢固、稳定性高；

4、导板更换简便快速、效率高。为钢球旋切生产线稳定、高效、高质量的运行提供保证。

本热轧钢球生产线主要旋切球磨钢球，球磨钢球是筒形球磨机中用来粉磨矿块的一种研磨介质，广泛应用于铁矿和有色金属矿山选矿厂、水泥厂、火力发电厂、耐火材料厂、钢铁厂、磷肥厂等粉磨行业。

热轧球磨钢球主要生产工艺

1、圆钢棒料经检验后，按定尺长度剪切成钢球坯料。

2、钢球坯料在旋切前在连续式加热炉中被加热到合适的温度。

3、红热态的钢坯被送入钢球轧机后，在2个带有特殊螺旋形孔型的轧辊之间旋转前进，并被连续地旋切成钢球。每台钢球轧机每分钟可轧成60～120个钢球。

4、轧成后的红热态钢球立刻进入在线热处理热备进行淬火—回火热处理，使钢球获得很高而且均匀的硬度。

5、经检验合格的产品送往成品仓库，进行包装后发往客户。

Hot rolled steel ball is a new rolling technology, it is the technical breakthrough of ball milling manufacturing process, and it is replacing casted steel ball gradually.

After our technician's sufficient study and transform for steel ball rolling line, a new generation of steel ball production line is developped. Through multiple innovative designs, it has following features:

1. Overall design for roller box, with good rigidity;

2. Simple adjustment, easy opearion;

3. Locking fastened, with high stability;

4. Replacing guides is simple and quick, with high efficiency. Provide gurantee to steel ball rolling line stable, efficient and high quality operation.

Major Production Process:

1. After steel rod inspection, shearing to semi-finished steel rod by specified length

2. Before rolling the semi-finished steel rod, it need to heated to proper temperature in the continuous heating furnace.

3. After red state of steel rod is fed into the ball rolling device, it will rotate between the two rollers with special spiral groove, and then continuously rolling as steel ball. Each ball rolling mill can roll 60-120 steel balls per minute.

4. red state steel ball after rolling will immediately put into on-line heat treating machine for quenching-tempering treatment, make steel ball has high and even hardness.
