AST系列智能化转子综合测试机

AST系列智能化转子综合测试系统主要用于对电机转子的相关参数进行检测。采用国际先进测试技术，电脑智能化高精度进行监控检测，是电机生产的理想检测设备。

本系统有两种型号：A型采用动态检测方法，转子旋转一周则相关参数全部检测完毕；B型为静态检测方式，由若干检测探针进行探测。A型系统采用直接计数测试方式。B型系统所有技术参数均由工业控制计算机检测、分析、判断、处理、显示、记录、存储、统计和打印等。全过程电脑实时监控，不合格产品作声、光报警，确保产品质量。

可配置上料机械手和输送机组成转子自动线。

AST Armature Synthesis Testing machine is used in relative parameters measurement of a micro-motor rotator.With an international advanced technology and computerized high accuracy,a high level monitoring measurement is carried out flr manufacturing.It is an ideal epuipment used in motor production.

There are two models of this series:Model A carries out the detection in a movable way,all of the parameters testing is completed when the armature turns for a circle.In model B,a number of probes are used for the measurement and the armature is in a static condition.Parameters are tested directly and in Model A.For Model B,an industrial control computer is adopted in testing,analyzing,diagnosing,handling,displaying,recording,storing statistical processing and printing,etc.The whole process is computer monitored,and the defect product will be rejected by sound and light warning signals for quality guarantee of the product.

Loading munipulator and conveyer are available to compose the armature automatic line.
