一、 介绍

LY.BMS.16S10(磷酸铁锂)是我公司为动力锂电池应用而自主研发的小型电池管理系统;适用于电动摩托车,高尔夫球车,旅游观光车,后备电源以及其他使用动力锂电池的设备。可以监测锂电池的工作电压、充放电电流等参数,具有过充、过放、过压、欠压、过温、过流、短路保护等功能,精确SOC 估算,具有自动均衡功能,所有的工作状态均可在液晶屏进行显示,可通过USB接口与PC 连接,在计算机上读取状态信息及相关参数。本产品性能稳定可靠,体积小,SOC 估算精度高。


二、主要特点

目前我司的标准产品具有以下特点:


1、60mA-200mA高效率实时主动式均衡。


2、不改硬件电路实现用上位机定制各种参数和报警设置。

3、采用凌特(Linear)LTC6803芯片,智能管理方案,化电池容量及电池寿命。


4、液晶显示器实时显示电池状态,报警状态。


5、精确的单体电压检测,精度0.25%,误差仅±10mV。


6、精确的SOC,小于5%。


7、精确的温度测量,12串以上3路温控检测。


8、强大的通讯功能,RS232/RS485通讯接口。

单体电池检测精度、SOC检测精度、单体电池间的均衡等问题一直以来都是电池管理上的难题,且一直没有得到的解决方案。而我公司研发设计的电池管理系统针对以上难题,特别是在准确估测锂电池组的荷电状态(简称SOC)、动态监测锂电池组的工作状态和单体电池间均衡的难题上花了近两年时间进行突破,公司的电池管理系统全部使用美国凌特(Linear)LTC6803(第三代电池管理检测芯片),加上我们对于电池管理的独特思路和创新算法,使得我们的产品对于单体电池电压监测精度达到0.25%,SOC精度达到小于5%。


Single battery detection precision, SOC detection precision and single battery


balance have always been the challenges in battery management, and by far no


satisfactory solution has been found. Battery management systems developed


and designed by perfectly target at the above problems and breakthroughs have


been achieved after two-year research especially on precise estimation of


lithium battery state of charge (SOC), dynamic monitoring of lithium battery


working conditions as well as single battery balance. Battery management


systems of Liyun universally adopt American Linear LTC6803 (3rd generation


battery management test chip). With our unique ideas and innovative algorithm


for battery management, voltage monitoring precision of our products on single


battery reaches 0.25% with the SOC precision of less than 5%.


此外,我司的电池管理系统还具备强大的通讯功能,RS232和RS485通讯接口可适应各种通讯需求,液晶显示屏可以根据客户需求显示电池电量以及各种参数和报警状态。PC客户端界面可对单节电池电压、均衡状态、电池寿命等电池状态进行实时监控,并且可以对各种参数和保护响应进行设置。


In addition, our battery management systems also enjoy powerful communication


functions. The communication interfaces of RS232 and RS485 meet all


communications demands and the liquid crystal display, in accordance with


customer demands, shows battery power, various parameters and alarm condition.


Real-time monitoring of single battery voltage, balanced state and battery


life, together with settings of parameters and protection response, can be


realized via PC client interface.
