Installation Instruction for JY Solar Panel

JN系列太阳能电池组件是由高效率高传输的太阳能电池单元和低铁钢化玻璃和防老化EVA以及高阻燃的太阳能专用背膜通过层压,与氧化铝合金装框制成,产品具有

效率高,寿命长,易安装,耐风强等特点.

产品完全按照IEC61215标准生产,并通过权威检测中心的测试,我们的产品已远销欧洲、美洲和非洲等地区，广泛使用于家用太阳能系统、PV站、通讯及通讯工作站，石油，海洋，气象，交通和太阳能建筑等领域，赢得了客户的一致好评。

安装Installation

1.气候条件

PV组件需要安装在下列条件下：

环境温度：-20度到+40度

工作温度：-40度到+85度

积雪压力：2000帕以下

抗风压力：3000帕以下

防水：不可将组件浸泡在水中，或长时间暴露在水可以喷洒到的区域性.

防腐蚀:不可以半组件安装在具有腐蚀性的酸,盐区域.

2.方向

PV组件应朝南(北半球),或者朝北(南半球)安装.安装方向不正确会导致输出功率的损失。

PV组件应串联安装在同一方向同一角度。不同方向或不同角度会因为组件接收太阳光线的差异而导致输出功率的损失。

安装时尽可能的避免阴影区域，阴影会导致输出功率的损失，尽管工厂里已使用了旁路二极管以将这种损失减到最小。

3.装配

使用弹簧垫片和平垫垫片将PV组件固定锁紧在支架上。

根据现场环境和装配支架结构的状态以适当的方式将PV组件接地。

注意：请不要把组件安装在靠近明火，或易燃物旁边。装配结构应能适应环境要求，请选择合适的材料和防腐蚀处理

要用可靠的方法来安装组件，组件若从高空跌落，会导致损毁。

组件不可拆解，弯曲或用硬物撞击组件，避免对组件进行踩踏等动作。

4.警示

PV组件有一对公母的防水插头，进行串联的电气连接时，前一个

组件的“+”极插头要连接下一个组件的“-”极插头。

输出电路要正确的连接到设备上。

不可以短接正负极。

确保接头与绝缘接头之间没有缝隙

若有缝隙会导致产生火花或电冲击

维护 Maintenance

检查吊装结构是否松脱，若有必要，重新拧紧各零件。

检查各线材，地线及插头的连接状态。

经常用软布擦拭组件表面。

若要更换组件，必须选用相同类型相同型号。

不可以用触摸线缆或接头活动的部分，如需要，要使用适当的安全设备。（绝缘工具或手套等）

在维修组件时请用不透明的物体或材料遮盖住组件的前表面，因为组件在阳光的照射下会产生高压，很危险。

品质保证 Quality Assurance

PV组件的质保期为2年。10年内功率衰减不超过10%，25年内功率衰减不超过20%。

1.Climate Condition

lnstall the PV panel in the following conditions:

Ambient temperature:-20℃--+40℃

Operating temperature:-20℃--+80℃

Snowfall pressure:below 2000Pa

Wind pressure:below 3000Pa

Water resistance:don′t install the PV panel in a location where it would be immersed in water or continually exposed to water form a sprinkler or fountain etc.

Corrosion resistance:except for corrosive salt area and sulfurous area

2.Orientation

lnstall teh PV panels facing south(in Northren Hemistpere),or to North(in Southern Hemisphere).lncorrect orientation will result in loss of power output.

PV panels connected in series be installed at same orientation and angle.Different orientation or angle nay cause loss of output power due to different of amount of sunlight exposed to the oanel.

lnstall the PV as free as possible from shading.Shading causes loss of oufput,even though the factory fitted bypass diode of the PV panel will mininize any such loss.

3.Mounting and notes

Using spring washers and flat washers to fasten the PV panel to shelf

Ground the PV panel properly in accordance with mounting structure and environment.

Note:not install the PV tanel near naked lane or flammable naterials.

Mounting structure should withstand environment.Select proper materials and corrosive treatment.

Use appropriate methods to mount PV panels.Fall of panels from high place will cause death,injury or danage.

DO not disassemble,bend,impact by sharp objects,walk on,and throw or drop etc.

4.Wiring and notes

The PV panel has a pair of male and frmale waterproof connectors.For a series electrical connection,connect positive(+)connector of the first PV panel to the negative(-)connector of the following panel

Connect the output cable with equipment cprrectly.

Make sure the positive connector and the negative one are connect correctly.

Make sure there is no gap between the connector and insulator.

If the gap exist,a fire or an electrical shock may occur.

Check if mounting structure is loose.Tighten the loose components again,if required.

Check connections of cables,grounding cable and connectors.

Clean the face of the panel regularly with soft cloth.

Changed panel should be the same kind and type.

DO not touch live parts of cables and connectors.Use appropriate safety equipment(insulated tools,insulating gloves,etc.),when touching them.

Cover the front surface of the PV panel by an opaque cloth or other material when repairing.When exposed to sunlight,the PV panels will generate high voltage and will be dangerous.

The quality assurance time of the PV panel is two years.The power declines not exceed 10% in ten years and 20% in twenty-five years.
