User’s Manual

The product can automatically manage the work of Solar Panel and battery in solar system,which is below 120W(12V)OR240W(24V).

Ⅰ.FUNCTION:

1.Over-load protection 2.Short-circuit protection

3.Light control(time control) made 4.12v/24v auto switch

5.Reverse-polarity protection 6.Under-voltage protection

7.Over-charging protection

Ⅱ.CONNECTION(AS INDICATED IN DIAGRAM)

Open the top cover of controller the wire and terminals of

controllerAccording to the drawing on the top cover of

controller.Connect the“+”,“-”poles of the battery to the correct ports of controller(3th＆4thone from left)*If load indicator (“load”)flickers once and starts lighting after 30 seconds,you can tell the connection is correct;the following operation can be proceed,otherwise,the following operation may damage the controller.

2. Connect the“+”,“-”poles of the solar panel to the correct ports of controller(1th＆2thone from left)

*Incorrect connection may damage controller.

3. Connect the“+”,“-”poles of the load to the correct ports of controller(5th＆6thone from left)

Instruction: the No “1”, “2”, “3”, “4” is for time setting; No “5” is a switch for light control and time control choice.

For example:

the control mode in the second picture is light control + time control (the light control is on, and the light will be off after 10 hours automatically), if people needs only light control mode, than only need to put the “5” button towards “ON

使用说明书

CMP型太阳能充放电控制器，适合120W以下（12V）或240W以下（24V）太阳能发电系统的自动控制。

I功能：

1.过载保护 2.短路保护 3.光控(时控)模式

4.12V/24V控制系统自动转换. 5.反极性保护 6.欠压保护

7.过充电保护

II接线：

揭开控制器上盖，露出接线端子，按上盖图示连接：

1．将蓄电池的“+”、“-”极正确牢固地连接到控制器相应的端子上(左起第3、第4)。

*负荷指示灯（load）闪动一下并且30秒后会亮起，表示连接正确，可继续进行下列连接。否则会损坏控制器。

2．将太阳能板的“+”、“-”极正确牢固地连接到控制器相应的端子上(左起第1、第2)。

*如果连接错误会损坏你的控制器。

3．将负载的“+”、“-”极正确牢固地连接到控制器相应的端子上（左起第5、第6）

III指示灯：

1．充电指示灯1支（charge），亮起表示正在强力充电，闪动表示正在浮动充电，不亮表示充电已经停止。

2．负荷指示灯1支（load），亮起表示有输出，负载可以工作；不亮表示没有输出，负载不能工作。

注意事项：

1．接线前请仔细核对并确认太阳能板、蓄电池、负载的额定电压，三者的额定电压应相同，且都是12V或者都是24V。

2．太阳能板、负载的额定电流不得大于控制器的额定电流。

附 参数表：额定电压12V或24V供电停止电压*10.8V或21.6V额定充电电流10A供电恢复电压*11.6V或23.2V额定负载电流10A充电停止电压*14.4V或28.8V工作温度-20 ~ +60℃停充电压温度系数-3mV/℃/cell外形尺寸（长×宽×高）102×95×37 mm净重140g*参数可根据用户要求定制。

说明:(时控与光控模式通过内置的拔码开关实现)

拨码开关的“1”, “2”, “3”, “4”位代表时间设置,第“5”位开关为模式转换控制开关(实现光控与时控的两种工作模式的互换).

例: 左边开关设置为内置光控+时控设定模式,其中“1”, “2”, “3”, “4”的组合模式代表10小时的

时间, “5”的状态代表在时间控制模式,(即光控启动后工作10小时此机会截止输出功能)如需工作在纯光控状态只需将开光“5”置于相反的位置.
