AEC系列转子环氧绝缘涂敷机 上粉机

该机适用于将环氧绝缘粉末附并熔结于工件的表面，如微电机转子铁芯及无刷电机定子铁芯的线槽内表面及端面等，达到良好的绝缘效果。

本系列设备采用成熟稳定的高频感应加热方式以达到均匀、高效、稳定、省电的效果，极短时间内即可完成粉层的硫化及初固化过程。

立式机（AEC 80/7000）采用热熔硫化上粉方式，结合有效可靠的执行机构，经预热的工件直接进入硫化粉床，工件既可振动还可转动，使涂层更加均匀。

卧式机（AEC 80/15000）为双螺杆传动机构，生产效率高。采用高压静电上粉方式，粉层均匀致密，附着力强。转子旋转刮粉装置保证外圆的精度与整洁。强力回收系统可极大程度的回收利用粉末，既可节省粉末，还可有效地改善工作环境。

经本系列设备涂敷的 转子等工件涂层均匀，表面光洁，边缘覆盖率高，可达到很好的耐压性能和表面质量。本系列设备精度高，性能稳定，操作方便，是微型电机生产线上（或单机）大批量生产的理想配套设备之一。

This equipment is specially designed for coating epoxy insulating layer to a work piece,such as the slots and end surface of an armature or a brushless stator.

High frequency induction heating system is used in this equipment to attain the high eveness,efficiency,stability and save electricity.The epoxy powder can be melted and initally soidified in a few seconds.

The vertical model(AEC80/7000)adopts the heat melting technique for powder absorbing.With the help of an effective excute system,a work piece is loaded into the powder bed directly.The work piece will be rotated beside vibrated in order to get a more uniform coating layer.

Double spiral rolling rods and high voltage electrostatic powder absorbing are used in horizontal model(AEC 80/15000)to obtain more even and strong coating layer.Armature rolling scraping mechanism can ensure the armatures, precision and cleaness.A powerful exhausting system can mot only retrieve the powder but also improve thew working environment.

Armatures coated by this equipment is characterized by its uniform thickness,smooth surface, excellent frontier covering feature,high insulated and surface quality.
