Pilot devices are complete ozonisation systems in a pilot scale for lab and semi-technical experiments which are meant to lead ("pilot") to large scale production. The pilot devices are professionally manufactured and meet all relevant standards (VDE, DIN,...) and safety regulations (e.g. German UVV). They can also be used in the real production process provided that the performance reaches the requirements.

Thus ANSEROS ozone technology is on the one hand starting point of large scale production on the other hand it can be used for it.

ANSEROS pilot devices are mounted on frames (skids) and are ready to use. The size meets the measurements of a euro-pallet (1200mm x 800mm).
