YF系列易拉罐灌装生产线

YF-D型含汽易拉罐灌装

该机专用于两片铝质易拉罐含气饮料（如碳酸饮料、啤酒等）的装灌生产。先进的PLC控制、变频技术确保整条生产线调速平稳，生产效率极高，操作维护方便，外形美观大方。

特点：

1）外表面及与灌装物料相接触部位均采用优质不锈钢，确保外形美观并符合食品卫生的要求。

2）被动传动从而使灌装和封盖保持完全同步。

3）灌装阀采用自动弹簧阀，液位控制采用机械浮桶式，工作可靠、操作方便易于维修。

POP CAN FILLING PRODUCTION LINE EQUIPMENT

The automatic pop can filling production line researched and development can be designed with a production capacity of 50000 can/hour according to the users’ requirements. The production line is composed depalletizer, rinsing machine, filling machine, sealing machine, warming machine, water mixer, empty can conveyor, solid can conveyor, can storage station, ink-jet printer, automatic packing machine, liquid level detector, CIP cleaning, fan, electric cabinet, etc.

YF32-6D/ YF18-4D pop can filler and capper(Carbonated)

The machine is specially used for filling effervescent beverage (such as carbonated beverages, beer, etc.) into two-piece aluminum pop cans. The advanced PLC and frequency conversion technology can ensure the whole production line is running stably at high speed, with high production efficiency, convenient operation and maintenance, and beautiful and decent appearace.

Features: 1) The exterior surfaces and all parts directly contacting liquid are made of high-quality stainless steel, which guarantees beautiful appearance and conforms to the requirement of food hygiene 2) Passive drive guarantees synchronous filling and capping. 3) The automatic spring valve serves as the filling valve. The mechanism floating barrel principle is adopted to control liquid level. It is featured by reliable running, convenient operation and easy maintenance. 4) The power input interface of machine can connect with various cappers. It can form the filler and capper unit through combination with the imported 6-head capper, and the production capacity can be adjusted through frequency conversion of the capper.
