XP-600SN antifoaming agent for papermaking deaeration was specially designed for antifoaming white water in the dipping process of papermaking industry. It boasts strong foam suppression and get rid of bubbles, Performance wont be effected by temperature, and the speed of papermaking machines, stable effect during storage.

Ⅱ. Compositions

The product is prepared with polyether as main material, and other auxiliary agents.

ⅳ Application

1. Antifoaming white water in the dipping process of papermaking industry;

2. Defoaming and degassing of liner board, corrugated paper, kraft paper, etc.

3. Defoam and eliminate bubbles in other macromolecule system.

Ⅴ. Usage Methods

XP-600SN antifoaming agent is composed by many material, Demixing or sedimentation will occur after long time storage. if so, blend it evenly before its use, having no influence on its use.

XP-600SN series antifoaming agent can not be diluted with water, and it would occur the demix , and the effect of foam inhibition and foam elimination will be influenced, and result in the increased cost of the product, our company wont be responsible for it. Add the defoam into the white water pool by measuring pump or adjust the adding point due to the real situation, usually the amount is 150-300g of the finished paper per

ton. The best dosage is decided by the field test.

Ⅵ. Packing

Pack the product in 50L, 200L plastic buckets or 1t tank.

Ⅶ. Storage

Store this product in cool and dry indoor surroundings; don’t lay it at high temperature or in freezing surroundings for an extended period.
